Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number. The credit card holder and guarantor must be one of the arriving guests.
The card provided as a guarantee for the reservation may be pre-authorized for up to the total price of the reservation to verify the validity of the card and sufficient funds to cover the cost of the reservation. Pre-authorization is not a final payment and will be released at a time specified by the issuing bank. For more information on pre-authorization rules, please contact your card-issuing bank.
Free cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the expected time of arrival (expected time of arrival is 2PM local time (Kroměříž) on the day of arrival). In case of later cancellation or no-show (the guest does not cancel the reservation and does not arrive at the hotel by 10PM and does not inform the hotel of late arrival), the hotel is entitled to charge the costs.
Contact details for changes and cancellations are also available on the confirmation e-mail you receive after your booking is completed.
Arrival day means the expected arrival day by 2PM.
